After logging in, click the 'Account Settings' link at the top of the screen — then select 'Change Password' and enter your new online login password.

'Change Password' lets you change your online login password.

'Profile' lets you change your name, location, and other personal information — including your photo in .jpg format.

'Communication' lets you change your email signature, branded URL for communications with your clients, and the Client Report Header.

'Public Profile' lets you change your profile information specific to public search; biography, language(s) spoken or areas covered

Login to the MLS and then select 'Billing' then select 'Add/Pay' and follow the instructions to complete payment.

1. Complete real estate school.*
2. Pass the State exam.*
3. Select the company you will be affiliated with and speak with that broker about other requirements.*
4. Apply for a real estate license from the State:*

5. Join WFRMLS. All of the above steps must be completed before applying for membership.*
6. Please fill out and fax the Subscriber Form to 801-676-5401. Faxes are handled in order of arrival and if received after 3:00pm may not be completed until the following day. We will then add you to our roster as a sales agent and you will be notified of your LOGIN and PASSWORD by one of our technical support staff. They will also instruct you on how to make your payment with a debit or credit card. We will also mail a letter to you giving you important information about using our MLS service.

   Initial fees are:

   • $200 entry fee
   • A prorated amount for the remainder of the current month plus one month in advance at $33 per month.

   Advance payment options:

   • $33 monthly
   • $99 quarterly (3 months)
   • $192 semi annually (6 months)
   • $372 annually

Log into utahrealestate.com, then select 'Support-Classes', find the class, location, and date. Then click on 'Register' and enter your login ID. You will be notified via email of the date, time, and class that you registered for.
