To clear the cache in Google Chrome:

1.      Click on the menu button in the top right hand corner (with three horizontal lines)

2.      Click on More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.

3.      Next to Obliterate the following items from, select the beginning of time.

4.      Make sure that Cached Images and Files and Cookies and other site and plugin data have checks next to them, and remove all other checkboxes.

5.      Click on Clear browsing data below.

To clear the cache in Firefox on a PC:

1.      Press CTRL-SHIFT-DELETE (all together) on your keyboard. This will open the Clear All History screen.

2.      Next to Time range to clear, select Everything.

3.      Expand the details section below. Make sure there are checks next to Cache and Cookies. You may uncheck all other boxes.

4.      Click on Clear Now.

To clear the cache in Firefox on a Mac:

1.      Click on Firefox in the top menu, then Preferences.

2.      Click on the Privacy tab.

3.      Near the bottom, click on Clear your recent history.

4.      Next to Time Range to Clear, select Everything.

5.      Expand the details section below. Make sure there are checks next to Cache and Cookies. You may uncheck all other boxes.

6.      Click on Clear Now.

To clear the cache in Safari version 8 or 9:

1.      Click on Safari in the menu bar at the top.

2.      Click on Clear History.

3.      Next to clear, select all history, and click on Clear History.

To clear the cache in Safari version 6 or 7:

1.      Click on Safari in the menu bar at the top.

2.      Click on Reset Safari.

3.      Check only the box next to Remove all website data. Remove all other check boxes.

4.      Click on Reset at the bottom.
