About Jon Eborn

Originally licensed as a real estate agent in 1987, I was the youngest real estate agent in Salt Lake City at the time.  Barely 18, but I'd grown up in the business, with both my parents as Realtors and my Dad owning one of the largest brokerages in town.  

30+ years later, I've been active in real estate market as an Agent, Broker or Investor ever since.  I've lived in Utah my entire life but for a couple years in California.  I love this state, and I know the cities and neighborhoods like the back of my hand. 

My passion has always been helping sellers realize the most amount of money possible when I represent them as a listing agent, or if Im working for a buyer, helping them find the perfect home, and then negotiating the best deal possible.  

I NEVER act as a limited agent.  I always make sure that my loyalty and fiduciary is known to all parties.
