I am the Associate Broker and Co-Owner of the Premier Utah Real Estate Office located here in Tooele Utah.  I have been in real estate for 18 years.  Of those 18 years I have been in the Million Dollar club and Executive sales Associate Club, for 17 years.  I have been nationally recognized as a Leading Edge Producer, Chairmans Circle Gold Producer, and Presidents Circle Producer as well as in the top 10 percent of all agents in the entire Wasatch Front and surrounding areas for the past 12 years. In 2005 thru 2017, I was recognized as the top 5 % nationally within the entire network.  I have been the top producer or Elite Top Producer in Tooele for 17 of the 18 years as well. 

My experience has been in residential home sales, commercial pad and development, residential land development and commercial leasing and I have placed over a dozen commercial tenants in lease or build to suit. I have also sold and or negotiated thousand of acre-feet of water rights.

I have to date, taken 12 developments from raw ground to vertical transitions within the confines of my local market.
