About Kyle Webb
Kyle Webb is an Owner and REALTOR® at EXIT Realty Legacy with locations in Sugarhouse and Heber, UT. A REALTOR® since 2006, Kyle specializes in successful negotiations and strives to get his clients the best deal possible. With a focus on residential sales in Salt Lake City, Park City, Heber City, and the surrounding communities, he partners with his daughter Angelina, both in the brokerage and in his real estate business. Kyle excels at customer service and believes strongly that the agents in his office are his client just as much as a homebuyer or seller. He demonstrates a work ethic that is rare in today's society and his strong belief that serving others is the way to success is evident in everything he does. Prior to his career in real estate, Kyle was a Medical Technologist for 18 years, during which time he developed a fine eye for detail and tenacity for achieving any goal he set. As an Owner with EXIT Realty Legacy, Kyle is committed to providing his agents with efficient systems, leadership, training, and fostering a high-energy motivational atmosphere ensuring that his goal of leading the top brokerage in the Salt Lake will be realized. He is constantly researching the latest marketing strategies and technologies available in the marketplace to ensure he and his agents consistently utilize the best tools to market and find homes for their clients. Kyle believes that education is paramount to success in any industry. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and has trained extensively on all aspects of real estate sales and marketing. Kyle's education and experience make him a valuable resource not only for his clients, but for his agents as well. He conducts regular training and coaching sessions with his agents to ensure they are all as well trained as he is so they can get the most and the best out of their real estate careers. Kyle has earned the designations of Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), 203k Specialist (RCC), and is a member of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® (SLBR), Wasatch County Association of REALTORS® (WCAR), Utah Association of REALTORS® (UAR), National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and the Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service (WFRMLS). Kyle gives back to the community by donating to and building for Habitat for Humanity. EXIT Realty has built more than 15 homes, one of them in the Salt Lake area, and donated over $2 Million to the charity. Outside of real estate, Kyle is a hobby farmer with horses, chickens and other animals. He also loves spending time with his children and grandchildren.
