Prior to her 5 years of sales and leasing experience, Ms. Kingston served as the COO of Commercial Property Management Services (CPMS) where she led an asset management team who serviced more than 200 million square feet of property that included office buildings, warehouses, retail centers, land and multifamily. During her 12 years with the company, she developed and implemented systems that improved overall efficiency and productivity while substantially lowering overhead and improved the bottom line.
