After working for a new home developer for several years, she made the decision to go to college in order to expand her skill-set. She attended Weber State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Sales. This knowledge, coupled with her background in development, presented her with a management position at a full-service engineering firm. Over the past 9 years, Christy has worked closely with clients, architects, general contractors, land owners, local, state, and federal jurisdictions throughout the entitlement and land development process. These skills and connections are used on a daily basis in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings. Having this background within the industry has provided her with unparalleled resources and amazing growth opportunities. Her abilities allow her to represent clients within the residential, commercial, land development, and investment property transactions.
In her free time, you’ll find her enjoying the beautiful outdoors with her family and loved ones. Whether it be various sporting activities, concerts, local events, camping, or power sports, she truly loves creating memorable experiences. She also has passion for design and crafting.
