Enjoy the outdoors, golfing, skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, traveling and I am a regular attendee of multiple Parade of Homes for almost two decades. Big fan of the St. George Parade of Homes which takes place during the month of February, along with the Salt Lake Parade of Homes in summer months and the Park City/Heber Parade of Homes in early fall.
Over the last 24 years I have purchased and had multiple new homes built along the Wasatch Front and in the Heber Valley.
- Had a personal custom home built in Wasatch County (Dutch Fields in Midway) - Served on the Dutch Fields HOA board as Treasurer - Had 2 new homes built in Davis County (Kaysville and Layton) - Purchased and sold 2 personal homes in Cottonwood Heights, Utah - Purchased and have been a landlord of rental properties in both Midway and Murray, Utah - Family cabin in Midway for over 40 years - Recently (July 2021) sold my vacation home in St. George (Sunbrook Golf community)
