His first job out of school was as project engineer for the $2.6 billion Micron Technology plant in Lehi Utah. He worked there for almost 4 years and then worked on the BYU underground library addition, valued at $120 million.
In 2003 he obtained his real estate license and quickly became one of the top selling agents in his office. His experience with the building industry and home construction gives him a unique insight for his clients looking to sell or purchase a home. He looks at and finds things that many realtors miss. Whether it be great deal on a lot or a great deal on a well built home he can find the bargains.
He helps sellers by telling them what the buyers are looking for and how to best improve their homes for a quick sell.

There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting.
