Mary Ann has over 36 years in the Retail Business (Co-Owner), and 8 years in the Commercial Real Estate business. Working as CEO, Accounting, Management, Marketing, Inventory Purchasing, Cashier, Sales, Receiving, System Developer, Real Estate Commercial and Residential Agent, and Commercial Property Investor.
A.A.CALLISTER CORPORATION-HORSE, RIDER, HOME, RETAIL STORE: November 1981-2008
Mary Ann is a co-owner of A.A. Callister Corporation- A successful family retail Business open since 1952. The 42,000 sq ft retail store is located in Salt Lake City, Utah (www.callisters.com). In 1981 she joined the store working many positions (listed above) as the company grew.
In 2008 Mary Ann replaced her day to day responsibilities at Callister’s with a great team of personnel, and decided to continue her education and career in the real estate business.
KELLER WILLIAMS REAL ESTATE : November 2008-April 2017
Mary Ann’s Career in Real Estate started in the Residential area and quickly advanced to the Commercial arena when Keller Williams announced that they were opening a Commercial Real Estate Division.
For seven + years Mary Ann worked with different types of property: Industrial, Office, and Retail.
