About Lacy Stevens

I have a diverse work and educational background, including: real estate, property management, advertising, marketing, merchandising, along with a Bachelor's of Science degree in English. I am incredibly organized, detail-oriented, excel at managing project timelines and am a people-person.
How am I different from other real estate agents? I truly go above and beyond in every sense of the word. I never stop thinking about the decisions I make for my clients and how it will effect them. 
What's my MO? Constant contact, including weekly check-ins with clients. Always negotiating the best deal. A team to support me, so I can provide the best service. I provide my clients with the best customer service and they continue to refer me to their friends and family. I make the process fun for everyone. 
Client's I serve? First and foremost: Investors. I work with investors who are just starting out and experienced investors. New construction is my jam, but I also work the existing home market. 
Where I specialize? Salt Lake City to Provo.
