About Larry Hatch

I live in Clearfield with my wife of 24 years.  Our son went to the same high school that we attended.  I love living in Davis County and have lived here for most my life.  I understand the mixed emotions of driving by what once were fields that served as childhood play grounds, but are now much needed retail complexes and beautiful neighborhoods.  
 I’m at the stage where I can enjoy other passions in my life.  Real estate has always been one of them, I love the controlled chaos of it. The timelines and negotiations are simply exhilarating.  Having the opportunity to be part of your life changing event is also very exciting. I enjoy the hunt and search for a great home. I love touring houses and seeing the new trends and ideas while helping people find their dream home. 
 I am backed by over 26 years of experience, with our contacts and resources, there are very few obstacles that are new to us. Whether it's your first home, upgrading for an expanding family or downsizing empty nesters, client satisfaction is my priority. Not looking for the quick score, I am wanting to gain lifelong clients and friends.
