Kelly began her Real Estate career in her home state of Illinois in 1994 where she focused mainly on land development. In 2001, she and her family relocated to Southern California where she joined the RE/MAX All Cities office located in Brentwood. She serviced four major areas including: Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and West L.A. Her focus was residential and multi-level condominium and condo-conversion projects. In addition to being known for her exceptional service both as a listing agent and a broker, Kelly quickly became known for her publications in the real estate sections of multiple magazines including: The Brentwood News, Beverly Hills Weekly, and The Santa Monica Sun.
In 2010, after relocating to Orange County, Kelly co-founded TEGA Technologies, an early stage SAAS development company, and was subsequentially asked by the Board of Directors to come on board full-time to develop their Client Service Division and strengthen Client /Company relationships. Kelly’s leadership was instrumental in developing a culture among the employees of having a true heart to serve the clients. Later, realizing her strength in building long lasting relationships, she moved into sales within the company. Kelly secured major contracts with Sprint and several of the largest Verizon retailers in the United States. Kelly’s leadership was instrumental in growing TEGA into an industry leading CRM company and the ultimate sale of the company in early 2019.
After the sale of TEGA Technologies, Kelly and her family relocated to Park City, Utah. She decided to pursue the Real Estate Industry once again and subsequentially joined Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. Summit Sotheby’s aligns perfectly with Kelly’s goals and servicing model. When consumers think of Sotheby’s, they think luxury, however Sotheby’s team, like Kelly, feel that luxury does not mean a certain price point, but rather exceptional service no matter what. A fun fact about Kelly is that she has moved 25 times herself, therefore she understands the frustrations and difficulties associated with moving better than most. She has lived in estates with acres of land, all the way to high rise living overlooking downtown Dallas. Moving can be so exciting and yet the uncertainty of what kind of lifestyle that new move will bring can be very stressful. This understanding translates directly to how she serves her clients and where she aims to alleviate as many of these frustrations as possible. Kelly brings joy and confidence to the process. She treats each home-buying situation as if it is another one of her own moves! Moving to UT and calling it permanent was not a decision taken lightly. Having lived in so many amazing places the word “permanent” never came up, especially with the demands of her career. That all changed when she experienced Utah! Park City, for Kelly, truly has everything you could want in a lifestyle.
Kelly is passionate about three charities including: CASA, Operation Underground Railroad, and The Peace House. These charities, respectively, service children in abusive situations, children who have been sex trafficked, and abused women. Kelly has been married for 25 years and has two children, one son-in-law, and a grandson. She currently resides in the Old Ranch Road area of Park City and in her free time can be found skiing, hiking, biking, or participating in any and all outdoor activities she can manage!
