Maple Hills Realty was started in 1973 to facilitate the marketing of the Maple Hills Project in Mueller Park. Ronn Marshall joined the firm in January of1977. He began with the marketing of the lots, condos and new homes. He also assisted in the construction, land design and development.
In May of 1981 Ronn activated his broker license and took over the ownership and
management of Maple Hills Realty. Maple Hills Realty has over 51 years of experience in serving our community. We are proud to have worked with so many loyal clients and to call Bountiful our home all these years.
Maple Hills Realty has helped many people buy and sell their homes. In addition we specialize in land valuations and developments. Our land developments are mostly along the bench of Bountiful, but also include a project on the bench of Layton.
