About Cathy Palmer

I have been in real estate for 24 years now and have my "Certified Residential Specialist" and "Graduate of Real Estate Institute" designations.  I am a past President of the Women's Council of Realtors, and served on the Northern Wasatch Realtor Association Board of Directors for 5 years.  I have my lifetime "Salesmaster's Award" and 6th year "Sterling Professional Achievement Award".

I was born and raised in Utah and absolutely love the mountains and the change of seasons.  I am a single mother of two married sons and 7 grandchildren (and two dogs). 

I love real estate because it is always challenging and constantly changing.  There are no 2 homes alike, no 2 clients alike, no 2 days alike, and no 2 deals alike!  I enjoy assisting my sellers in staging their home to receive the highest price the market will bear.  And I also love helping my buyers find the perfect home for their needs at the best possible price.

Assisting people with buying and selling their single largest financial asset is a huge responsibility that I take very seriously.  You will always be able to get in touch with me on my cell phone (as I ALWAYS answer my phone), and you will never miss a showing of your home due to not being able to book an appointment!
