With an extensive background in business management and marketing as the Corporate Retail Operations Manager of a $27 billion dollar national company, Ed managed more than 400 employees in seven Western states and had responsibility for the sales and marketing execution of over 32 Fortune 500 companies.
In 2000 he left the national corporate structure in an effort to spend less time traveling away from home and shifted from a real estate investor to a real estate agent. Two years later he met the standards to achieve his real estate broker license and later became the Principal Broker for a local RE/
Ed has also served in many local volunteer positions including his 8 year tenure with Salt Lake Valley Habitat for Humanity, culminating in the title of Board President. He led a team of professionals that implemented the Habitat for Humanity ReStore, a 30,000 square foot home improvement thrift store currently in operation in Salt Lake City.
The Habitat for Humanity Community Service Award was presented to him in 2009 in addition to The Utah Philanthropy Day "Heart and Hands Award".
