I learned building construction while I put myself through college drywalling for an uncle in Ogden; graduated from Utah State University with a degree in advertising & design; moved to Los Angeles & worked in advertising & marketing for 10 years; married & started our family. On the side and with a business partner, we bought/fixed/flipped two houses on one lot; split the lot & sold the 2 houses for 3 separate properties with houses.
We moved back to Utah & I started my own advertising agency, BowenPlus Associates, which serviced seafood clients located in various places around the world for about 10 years. Fascinated with the prospect of selling our own products, I launched 1to1Greetings.com, a business & website dedicated to marketing fine art images created by my wife & I in the form of customized greeting cards, art prints & other products.
In 2006, my oldest daughter, Rachael, suggested I get back into real estate, so her and I got our real estate licenses. Today, I focus my efforts on helping people buy & sell real estate, sometimes a little marketing & advertising and fine art every chance I get.
