Angelina Pena, Owner/REALTOR ® at EXIT Realty Legacy, found her passion for real estate in her youth when she began cutting floor plans out of the Sunday paper and buying floor plan books. She was in heaven when she found out about Open Houses and then the Parade of Homes. In 2006, Angelina turned her hobby into her job and she quickly realized that real estate is her lifelong dream career. Her passion and aptitude for the business led her to become and owner of two EXIT Realty offices in 2009, one in Sugar House UT, and the other in St. George, UT.
In building her brokerages and her real estate business, Angelina collaborates with her father, also an owner at EXIT Realty Legacy. They work as a team specialized
in helping people move toward their dream. Whether you are improving your situation by buying, selling, or building a career in real estate, Angelina is the caring professional to help with all your needs.
Angelina holds Bachelor Degrees in Advertising, Public Relations, and Interpersonal Communications, which she finds very useful in her daily tasks. She loves teaching, whether developing new agents or educating clients about the market to help them find their dream homes. She holds regular training sessions, both for the agents within her office and for the public throughout the community, in an effort to improve awareness about the benefits of home ownership and improve the standard of service provided by real estate professionals.
Angelina and her offices are members of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® (SLBR), Wasatch County Association of REALTORS® (WCAR), Utah Association of REALTORS® (UAR), National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and the Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service (WFRMLS). Angelina believes that being a REALTOR® is about more than professional associations, she believes that REALTORS® should be involved in the communities where they work also. Angelina helps the community by volunteering for The Road Home Homeless Shelter, through religious contributions, and by donating to and building for Habitat for Humanity. To date EXIT Realty has donated over $2.5 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes, including one in the Salt Lake area that Angelina and her team worked on personally.
In her off time, Angelina enjoys horseback riding, stained glass art, and raising three children along with her husband, Jacob Nelson. Angelina feels that her choice to work with EXIT Realty was the best choice she could have made for her family and her real estate career. She also loves the pride that comes from knowing she helped her agents help their clients to have a great home buying or selling experience with her company.
