About Nancy Birchell

I love being a Realtor and all that it brings. Whether it’s working with buyers, sellers or volunteering in our community I love it all! I have been a Realtor for nine years and have been fortunate to learn from the very best in the industry.  I have had the pleasure of serving on the Uintah Basin Board of Realtors as a Co-chair on several committees, Chair several committees as well as be voted in as Director, President Elect, President and Past President. This has allowed me to be very involved in volunteer programs & serving on committees. I take pride in my work & many nights don’t sleep very well thinking of all I can do to make sure my clients are getting the very best from me.

I have continued my education in real estate. I have earned several designations:

·        SRS - Seller Representative Specialist

·        ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative

·        C2EX - Commitment to Excellence Endorsement from the National association of Realtors

In 2019 I was named Realtor of the Year for Utah Central Association of Realtors Uintah Basin Chapter. I was also received the Readers Choice Award for 2019 from the community.

When I'm not working I enjoy camping, fishing, hunting, and spending time riding our UTV. I also love working in my yard.  I have been married for 29 years and we have two daughters and a son-in-law. My husband has an automotive shop in town. Our kids are building their dreams and we couldn’t be more proud of them. We love our dogs and they are extremely spoiled.  I am a lifelong resident of the Uintah Basin and love this community. Choosing the right Realtor does make a difference. I never forget that you have a choice.
