About Pete Mittanck

Pete started his career in real estate as an investor. Pete has been investing in rental properties and "flips" since 2009. As an agent Pete's focus is on property management and helping investors find, purchase, and sell investment real estate. Pete loves to find creative ways to make deals work for all parties. Pete currently lives in Heber City, but has roots in the Uintah Basin and Utah County. In 2014 Pete and a partner, Clint Garner, saw the need for a brokerage that specialized in residential investment transactions and property management. Ameritrue Real Estate & Management was born. Investments and management is an area that Pete can add real value for his clients.
