Directions

In Thompson Springs, drive on the main road heading towards the Book Cliffs. Drive over the RXR tracks. You are now on Thompson Canyon Road or Road 159. Continue about 3 1/2 miles. Sego Canyon Rd. turns off to the right and a 100 feet ahead the road forks. Stay straight on the main road passing over the cattle guard. The land that is for sale is marked with orange ribbon on the left near the Real Estate sign. The land starts at the 1st Real Estate sign and ends at the 2nd Real Estate sign on both sides of the road (from canyon wall to canyon wall). When you get to the water line on the right and on the left, you have gone too far.
