When I set out to build my home, I wasn't just looking for walls and a roof, I was searching for a feeling. I wanted to create a place where mornings would start with meaning, where I could sip coffee and look out at something bigger than myself. That's why I chose this specific spot in Saratoga Springs. One that offered one of the best panoramic views in all of Utah County. There's something special about watching a place come to life from the ground up. Choosing the layout, the colors, the finishes, knowing every inch was intentional. But above all, I chose this particular location for what it gave me every time I looked east: a full, unobstructed view of Mt. Timpanogos and the shimmering surface of Utah Lake catching the morning light. That view wasn't just a luxury; it was part of the soul of the home. Equally important was the community. I wanted life around me-a neighborhood filled with growing families and neighbors who wave when you drive by. I wanted to hear laughter through open windows and see bikes left on lawns because the kids knew they were safe. I also needed connection-not just with people, but with the world. The location I chose gave me direct access to the road network, making commuting simple and efficient. I could step out my front door and be on my way to wherever life needed me, without stress or delay. I am going to miss this place dearly as it has been an incredible part of my life for the last three years. Accepting a job out of state in an incredible field feels like the next best chapter of my life and one I am anxiously embracing. I know there is another owner out there who will value the detail of this place when I first built this home.
