They also said there is plenty of depth in the current sewer line to tap into the existing line. You could also do septic tanks like the surrounding neighbors have. This property has so much potential and with the lot sizes and views it could be an amazing little gem of a neighborhood. Or you can buy it all for yourself to put 1 home on it and have a ranch style property.
