I am very much a 'people person' and have been selling homes in Utah for more than 30 years.  Selling homes is not only my livelihood, it is also a great way of filling my social needs as well.

I work primarily in Davis, Salt Lake, and Weber counties.  One of my specialties is working with foreclosures and specifically I advertise and sell a lot of HUD homes.  I love to assist first home buyers to realize their dream of home ownership.

I have been a principle broker and had my own brokerage for several years, during which time I also taught real estate licensing law.  I have developed numerous single family subdivisions and condo projects.  I currently prefer to work more with buyers and sellers and leave the management to others.

I've been very lucky over the years to make a comfortable living doing something I really love - helping others to fulfill their real estate goals.  Few things make me happier than seeing the joy created by a client being able to close on the purchase or sale of their home.

Referrals build my business, and it's always a great feeling when a satisfied client recommends me to his friends and acquaintances.  Great service to others is always my goal in this business.
