Collin's love for Real Estate is born out of a love for personal finance. Collin began his career as a licensed Investment Adviser for Fidelity Investments. As an Investment Adviser, Collin would provide clients with advice on investing in stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. While studying various investments, Collin uncovered the world of real estate investing. After watching one too many fixer-uppers, Collin and his wife Sabrina bought their first property, a fixer upper duplex. Together they designed, renovated, and rented out their first property; this started their real estate journey. Upon completion of this project, Collin uncovered his love for real estate and decided to burn the ships, and go all in by becoming a licensed Realtor. Collin's greatest joy in life is building lifelong relationships upon a foundation of value. His mission in life is to be a part of the rising tide that lifts the ships around him. He seeks to do this through a positive zeal for life, real estate, and financial knowledge. When he is not assisting and advocating for his clients or renovating his properties, he enjoys spending time outdoors, enjoying the beautiful state of Utah with his family.
