About Mandee Richards

As the daughter of an Army Apache Pilot, I understand the stress and fun of moving! For 18 years we relocated across the U.S. and the world!
Over the last 20 years, I've had the opportunity to settle down and live throughout Utah and make it my home... along with my husband, Jason, and our 5 kids. My husband currently plays an active role within the law enforcement community and this has granted me opportunities to volunteer and help support our officers. This work has allowed me to gain an even greater understanding of this beautiful state and what it has to offer!

From buying and selling, to building a new home or renovating an existing one...I have done it all over the last 20 years!
