Katrina is originally from South Louisiana. She has lived in Utah for over 27 years and has three children. Prior to her real estate career, she had an extensive background in the retail fashion industry. Katrina is a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), Green, SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), SRS (Seller Resource Representative) and is currently earning her PCL (Park City Local) designation. She actively sells in Salt Lake, Summit and Wasatch Counties.
Ms. Authement has been a licensed Realtor since 1991. She originally received her real estate license in Minnesota. Katrina has actively sold real estate for a little over 19 years, and she has sold and/or bought real estate in Minnesota, Utah, Louisiana, Colorado and Florida. I have personally built and/or performed major renovations six homes.
