Nancy moved to Park City in the mid 1980s from Boulder Colorado and is highly regarded for her extensive knowledge of the Park City real estate market. Consistently ranked one of Park City's top producing agents, some of her past projects as listing agent include: Mountain Ranch Estates, an 81 lot subdivision for which Nancy found the parcel and guided it through the approvals, design and pricing phases, then sold out the project within two years, during a water moratorium. Finnegan's Bluff, a 6 lot parcel which sold out within 24 hours, and a 40 acre parcel which she sold, then guided through the process from raw dirt to full entitlement. Nancy Specializes in residential properties, land developments, second homes and investment properties.
Highly involved in the community at large, Nancy was selected as REALTOR of the Year in 2005 by her peers. Positions she has held in the past few years include: President of the Park City Board of REALTORS, Director of the Utah Association of REALTORS and the Park City Board of REALTORS, member of the Professional Standards Panel, the Utah Association of REALTORS & Park City Board of REALTORS Legislative Committees, Nominating Committee and Philanthropic Committee. Nancy is currently Chair Person of the Philanthropic Committee's golf tournament to benefit this year's recipient the Children's Justice Center. Nancy holds a Utah Brokers License and is also a strong believer in continuing education in the real estate industry. She helped lobby for the legislature to increase real estate license renewal educational hours and consistently exceeds the numbers of continuing education requirements from the Division of Real Estate.
