 I am a Broker.  I've taken the steps to educate myself in every way possible.  I'm a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) Less than 15% of all Realtors ever obtain this designation.  It is considered the master's degree in real-estate sales.  Another designation I have received is the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).  It centers around specialized training on how to attracted more buyers and work with them more successfully.  I am committed to being one of the most educated Realtor's and doing what ever it takes to be on the cutting edge of technology in the real-estate market.  

I've been in real estate for 20 years bringing a wealth of knowledge and professional service to each transaction.   

I guarantee everything I do!  If you're not happy with me, you may fire me.  This places the burden of risk to perform on ME, not you.

Most Importantly: I generate over 80% of my clients through referrals alone. I am able to focus 90% of my efforts into providing such outstanding service; my clients are inclined to refer my services to family, friends and acquaintances.
