I am Dave Vance. I am a Realtor, Real Estate Agent,
in Utah. I assist my clients anywhere in Utah but focus in Layton,
Kaysville, Clearfield, Farmington, and other surrounding areas. I can
expand into the surrounding areas when called upon. I have been in the
business since 2012. I recently achieved my goal of getting my Brokers
License as well and I am with Equity Real Estate as an Associate Broker.
During
my career, I have won multiple awards due to my production and
services. These awards range from the Multi Million Dollar Clubs to
multiple Top Referring Partner award and also Multiple power
professional awards. Even though I have received these awards, I know I
can’t do it without all my current and past clients, and of course my
friends and family and future clients.
I also received my Bachelor Degree
at Weber State in Business. I am a mentor and trainer to other agents
in the industry. I am also on the education committee for the Northern
Wasatch Association of Realtors. This is our local board in Ogden. The
committee aims to keep our agents trained with the best training and
information to keep our local agents on top of their game. So this means
that I am well educated and can provide the best service for you!
In
addition to being on the Education Committee, in 2018, I was appointed
to be the Co Chair of the Committee. For 2019, I was asked to be the Committee Chair. This is a humbling experience but I am honored to take the lead in the committee and give the agents my all for their benefit.
I am a listing and buyers agent. This means I can list your home and
help you find your next home even if that means you are upgrading or
downsizing. Selling and buying homes can be confusing, scary and nerve
racking. I should know, I do it for a living, but just know I will help
you every step of the way.
I
work with some of the best lenders around, and I know they will give

no money down and 100% financing. I work together with all parties to
make sure that you get the most out of your transaction. Sometimes I
have even went out by myself and painted a garage door for my clients so
the closing could happen. I want my clients happy and I do what I can
