David has been a licensed Realtor in Utah since 2000 and has over 30 years of experience in real estate. He began his career in real estate in 1975 while attending college in California. He has since owned and operated 10 real estate related businesses relating to development, investment and management, escrow, personal coaching, training and consulting. Additionally, he owned and operated Lindal Cedar Homes and a construction company.
He is currently the Team Leader of The Lawson Real Estate Team, which consists of nine real estate professionals that he manages, trains and supervises. The Lawson Real Estate Team consists of listing agents, buyer’s specialists, a project coordinator, listing and closing coordinators, a marketing director, and a team manager all working together for the benefit of clients and developers. The team has worked on over 1500 transactions. David is a current member of both the Park City and Salt Lake City Board of Realtors.
He is married with four sons and seven granddaughters. Activities he and his family enjoy together include skiing, riding motorcycles, boating, and camping. Other interests include auto racing, flying airplanes, coaching, playing and watching baseball and basketball.
