I enjoy helping buyers locate and purchase their house, and also hearing why or how the house will become their home. My role is to keep you informed for a successful and timely purchase. As a Realtor I coordinate with lenders, title companies, and all the various people involved in purchasing or selling your home.
Selling your home takes a fine balance of 1- pricing it right for the current market from the moment you list it; and 2- having it ready to show right when it is listed. Remove personal items not needed daily and having it in good repair, including neutral carpet and paint. If you are not ready from the beginning of your listing, it will be slow and frustrating.
