With over 15 years of real estate and development experience, Tom's knowledge extends to sales and marketing, construction management, remodeling and residential development. Tom particularly enjoys the relational nature, challenges and the exciting opportunities presented in residential real estate. Tom's career has been involved in financing, purchasing and sales of residential properties in high-end communities. He also has experience in management, marketing and consulting with many different communication and technology companies. He has been directly responsible for the creation, negotiation, and completion of a multitude of multimillion dollar sales, across the United States. 

Although Tom has lived in many parts of the country, he is from Utah and considers the Park City area home and enjoys the relationships he has developed with various people in many different industries throughout the years. Married with three grown children, Tom enjoys the Park City lifestyle including golf, fishing and skiing.
