remodels and custom commercial improvements. The skills I learned while
managing several jobs carry over to the sales side nicely as I'm able to
evaluate market values and comparables…quickly & accurately.
As an investor, I know what it takes to create a growing
portfolio of properties, gain knowledge of which markets to invest in, how
to exchange property tax-deferred or tax-free, and more.
As a consultant and agent, I can help you find the right
property, for you and your family, or for your investment portfolio. I can also offer advice on home
construction projects, design, how to work with contractors, sub-contractors,

I've studied the market and trends while working to complete
a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at Westminster College. This high-level
education has helped empower my business and ability to help you with your real
