Traci has a rare level of expertise in the real estate industry. As a former Assistant Attorney General for the state of Utah, she prosecuted real estate licenses on behalf of the Utah Division of Real Estate for several years after the 2008 economic downturn. Following her work for the State, she renewed her real estate sales agent license in 2012 and since that time has been simultaneously acting as a sales agent while practicing real estate law. Traci’s past experience in civil litigation, landlord/tenant law, real estate professional license prosecution, real estate brokerage counsel, and land use has provided her with extensive contract drafting and negotiating experience that is unparalleled by most sales agents in the field. She particularly specializes in complex residential transactions that involve trusts and estates, divorces, water rights, easements, clouds on title, contract disputes, or any complicated legal issue that can affect the transaction.
Traci is originally from Kaysville, Utah and attended Davis High. She was educated at BYU (BA Political Science) and Pepperdine University (JD). She served for seven years as a Draper City Planning Commissioner (2012 - 2019) and is currently elected to the Utah Bar Commission for the Third District (2020 - present).
