Elena has ten years of experience in residential and commercial real estate and expert knowledge in real estate development and finance. In addition to facilitating top-dollar offers for residential listings in Salt Lake City, Park City, and throughout Utah, she also does off-market listings for commercial properties and participates in commercial transactions in other states including Nebraska and New Mexico. Her experience includes multifamily housing, office/medical facilities, assisted living communities, improved land, and 1031 exchange investment properties such as potential AirBNB rentals near ski resorts. A first-generation immigrant herself, she enjoys helping clients who are outside of or recently arrived in the United States.
Previously, Elena was Director of Asset Management at WellQuest Living, a developer of independent/assisted living communities. She was involved in the planning and management of many capital projects and identifying acquisitions and conversion opportunities in distressed properties. She started her career at Goldman Sachs, where she was a senior analyst in the department that investigated and prevented money laundering.
Elena is licensed in the state of Utah as a principle real estate broker and a general contractor. She earned a Master of Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. A big believer in giving back, Elena founded her own non-profit charity, Ukraine Moldova Aid, which has delivered more than $1M in humanitarian aid to refugees and orphanages in Eastern Europe. Elena has lived in Salt Lake City since 2009 and loves taking advantage of the area's wonderful skiing and hiking opportunities with her four adopted dogs.
