About Greg Summerhays

As a Utah native, and a seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. I am a top producer at Chapman Richards and Associates and serve clients across the Wasatch Front. 

Before entering real estate I spent years working in the private and non-profit sectors. My career has taught me the art of negotiation and creating solutions to difficult situations. I am an excellent communicator and have a vast network to market to.

Outside of real estate, I take pride in giving back to my community by serving on many non-profit boards including: The United Way of Salt Lake, The Children's Center Utah, Suazo Business Center, American Heart Association, Neuroworx, and the Canyons Education Foundation.
