Owner, and Real Estate Agent of Axe LLC/Axe Modern. Specializing in new build custom homes in the 1-3M range with her husband, a developer/builder. 
Kate has a General Contractor's license, and Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Owned and operated her own business in the title industry helping buyers in the home financing closing process as an independent settlement agent. In this time, she completed over 2,500 closing transactions. She has gained an invaluable knowledge of the title process, market, locations, and neighborhoods. She utilizes the latest marketing tools and technology to expose properties to the widest range possible to her buyers.
As a resident of Utah for most of her life, she enjoys spending time with her family in the mountains and nearby sporting events. She and her husband have four children and live in North Utah County. She has found a love for yoga and equestrian riding and cheer with her two daughters and loves to support her sporty boys.
