About Karen Riddel

I was born and raised in Weber County, I graduated from Weber State University in 1974. I am married and have 4  grown children and 5 darling grandchildren.
I have been a Realtor for 25 years, specializing in Residential Real Estate including short sales, foreclosures, HUD homes, and investments properties.
I have earned both my G.R.I. (Graduate Realtor Institute) and my C.R.S. Certified Residential Specialist) designations.
I have made many good friends over the years as I have listed and sold countless properties along the Wasatch front. The majority of my business today are from past clients and past client referrals. 
I pride myself in the personal service I give to each of my clients. I answer my phone or if I am in an appointment or on the other line, I return my calls and messages same day.
I keep both my sellers and buyers informed throughout their transaction, sometimes talking to them daily. I makesure they have a full understanding of the process through to closing and recording.
