I have had many growing experiences in my career, all of which I have welcomed and conquered. I believe if you are not growing, you are dead. When I have been in moments of stress and uncertainty, I remember, this is growth. Some of these types of experiences in my career included: Finding out what works and what doesn’t, which marketing avenues brought the greatest returns, how organization and systems simplified the process and when to say no. I love a good challenge and search for opportunities to become a better version of myself. When I wake up in the morning, I ask myself “What experience is today going to bring?” Bring it on!
As with anyone in this industry, some of my challenges stemmed from the market downturn. Although, it was an opportunity for growth, it caught me off guard at first. The cliché saying “When the going gets tough, the tough get going” only describes my work ethic to a T. I picked myself up quickly, brushed off the dust and rose again becoming an even more well known, respected Realtor in the area. I discovered that I had a strong will and a lot more discipline than I imagined.
