About April Waldron

As a real estate agent with over 15 years' experience, I strive to be thorough, client-centered, and never pushy. I've lived in Utah County and Salt Lake County my whole life, and am very familiar with the neighborhoods, schools, and communities here. I've helped clients buy and sell everything from land to condos to custom homes and new construction. I love coaching and educating clients through the entire process, and explaining different negotiating and pricing strategies and the possible outcomes. 

 As things in real estate and the local market change, I love being the expert that friends and clients can turn to for honest information. I have also bought and sold several of my personal homes, so I understand all the emotions, questions and potential pitfalls from a client's perspective. 

Recently my husband I flipped several homes as well as competed many renovations for clients. I love interior design and did the staging and decorating when we sold each flip home. Our latest project was building a tiny home on wheels, which just landed in Maui as an accessory dwelling unit for our clients.
