About Sherida Zenger

I was drawn to the Real Estate industry from a young age.  I love meeting new people and creating life long friendships with them, helping buyers find the perfect home for themselves or their family and helping sellers receive top dollar for their home.  
I have successfully owner/built numerous homes from Payson to Park City.  I have an eye for design both interior and exterior.  I have the a phenomenal ability to visualize plans, projects under construction and existing homes space which I can easily help clients do as well.   
I have been a licensed Realtor since May 2006 and hold the Sellers Representative Specialist designation.  I was involved in Real Estate market in 2007-2008 when it took a turn for the worse.  I endured the economies effects on the market both personally and professionally during that trying time.  
I specialize in Residential Real Estate.  I help educate home buyers and sellers to position themselves in the most profitable position possible.  In helping buyers to negotiate the best purchase price for the property and sellers to get top dollar from the sale of their property.  I have the right tools in place that enable myself to be successful negotiating on both ends.
