Stacy's educational journey began with a passion for creativity. She studied interior design and art, setting the stage for her entrepreneurial spirit. In 2002, she relocated to Utah, where she continued to explore her diverse interests. Here, she added another feather to her cap by obtaining her real estate license in 2004.
Stacy's business acumen truly shines through. Over the years, she has owned, operated, and successfully sold multiple businesses, specializing in service, as well as marketing and promotion. In addition to her business ventures, Stacy has innovated and patented products tailored for specific industries, showcasing her inventiveness and drive for excellence.
Her foray into the real estate world was met with outstanding success. In her first year in real estate, (2007) Stacy was recognized with the "Rookie of the Year" award in her office, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in this industry. She has a two-decade-long track record of working on personal property flips, investments, long-term rentals, and short-term rentals.
Stacy's dedication to real estate led her to earn her Associate Brokers License in 2023, and she's achieved remarkable milestones in her career. She was honored as one of the "Top 500 Real Estate Agents" in the state of Utah and has received numerous achievement awards within her brokerage.
Her passion for real estate is not just a profession; it's a calling. She derives immense satisfaction from helping first-time buyers navigate the real estate market, drawing on her nurturing instincts. Stacy also extends her support to those going through major life transitions, especially recently divorced individuals, guiding them towards a fresh start through home ownership.
Stacy's heart lies with those who serve their communities—First Responders, Police, Teachers, Medical professionals, and the Military. Being married to a local Firefighter and a Veteran, she intimately understands the challenges these individuals and their families face.
