About Lisa Caccavella

Having moved 24 times before graduating high school, I was destined for a life in real estate. I started my career in 2007 by negotiating hundreds of short sales for investors, buyers, and sellers and then transitioned into a full time Realtor where I found my true passion. 

 My goal is for both sides of the transaction to leave the closing table happy and looking forward to their future. I work hard on my client's behalf and am prepared to help them through the hurdles and challenges of the real estate process. I love a challenge and enjoy that moment when my client finds their perfect home! Negotiations and problem solving are critical in the real estate world. I work hard to get the best deal possible.
