About James Crowder

Real Estate has always been intriguing to me. Even before I became a REALTOR, I used all the tools available to learn about the local housing market and how it responds to changing economic situations. While purchasing my first home in Salt Lake City I became fascinated with the intricacies of the home buying process and shortly after I made Real Estate my profession. Helping people was one of the main reasons I moved into the Real Estate profession. My entire professional career has been in sales, but in previous jobs it was evident that what I was selling didn't inspire me. Working in Real Estate gives me the opportunity to help individuals and families who are unfamiliar with the complexities of real estate transactions and my background in sales helps greatly with the negotiation process. Plus, it's a great feeling to help someone find their dream home!

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, I have been living in Salt Lake City for more than 10 years.Graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech.I love Utah for all it has to offer, from hiking, to camping, to skiing, to biking, to exploring. Basically, you will find me outside!
