About Paul Pedersen

I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and after graduating from BYU in 
Construction Management, I worked for several large Builders from North 
Carolina to Utah where we finally settled down with my family.   I have been 
a Professional Custom Home builder for the past 9 years and have been in the 
Building industry for 15 years.   I bring a unique perspective to your home 
buying and selling experience because of my building expertise.  I am very 
experienced in understanding my clients, and working to give them exactly 
what they want.  I am up to date with all aspects of the current trends in 
homes, from what people want in homes, getting them ready to sell, and what 
you might be looking for in a new home.  I can also provide a unique 
perspective on renovating a home if you are looking at doing that for your 
current property, or one you might purchase.  I offer both selling and 
purchasing expertise, as well a lot of rental and investment experience.  I 
am dependable, honest, and detail oriented.  I look forward to working with 
you.
