Lynn believes it is essential to thoroughly discern the wants and needs of her clients who are buying or selling their homes. She recognizes that every client is unique and strives to make each transaction as streamlined as possible. She thrives in finding solutions to problems which may arise and understands that it is of the utmost importance to be available for her clients.
Lynn began her career in real estate as a tenant liaison for the Cedar Sinai Medical Center. She later became executive assistant to a top producing commercial real estate agent who specialized in high-rise residential buildings on the Westside of Los Angeles, where she was involved with every aspect of a real estate transaction. Lynn then went on to work at a large REIT in downtown Los Angeles, where she produced the marketing materials for the entire company, including the leasing department, investor & public relations, and development department. She organized events and was part of the team that worked to take the company public in 2003.
Prior to real estate, Lynn worked as a model and traveled internationally for 11 years. Out of necessity, she learned to be an efficient communicator and developed a natural sense of diplomacy and discretion.
After having lived in 8 states and 7 countries, Lynn settled in Salt Lake City nine years ago with her firefighter husband and two children. She enjoys going to estate sales and doing all the amazing outdoor activities which are so accessible to Salt Lake City, including climbing, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and camping.
