Dan purchased his first investment in his early 20’s and quickly learned the value of Real Estate. His Grandfather wanted to make sure that Dan understood what Real Estate could do for him. Dan is passionate and believes in Real Estate and finds excitement in watching others fulfill the American dream of home ownership. Dan Hernandez learned hard work early on as he assisted his entrepreneur siblings with Roofing, and construction in his teenage years. Dan Hernandez then served 2 years in Guatemala and learned the Mayan language of the villagers as he served them.
When Dan Hernandez isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys spending time Outdoors with Family or Date Night with his Wife Arika Hernandez who is also a Realtor.
