Melanie is passionate about helping people achieve their life endeavors through real estate. She prides herself on professional and personalized service to help her clients reach the best outcome. She is energetic to find solutions that will make your dreams a reality.

She grew up in Richfield, Utah. Her parents owned and operated a Title and Escrow Company for 40 years. Working there gave her a solid foundation in real estate. She is confident in managing every step of the transaction on behalf of sellers or buyers. She and her husband have remodeled four homes. She is helpful in resourcing through her talented network, communicating with involved parties, and always aims to provide a "10+ Experience" for her clients.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys outdoor adventure and music. She is always on the ready for all-season biking, skiing, trail running or traveling. She has lived in Bountiful, Utah since 2008. She is the mother of five excellent human beings (9 to 19 years old). She has a B.S. in Elementary Education from Weber State University and has 12 years of experience teaching Preschool. She serves her community on the Mueller Park Baseball Board and the Bountiful City Trails Committee. Your goals are in good hands with Melanie.
