About Kristopher:

As a seasoned REALTOR® and Broker/Owner having started my real estate career back in 2001, I've been a sole proprietor, independent real estate agent, new construction salesperson, small and large real estate team member, Market Manager and State Broker. Over the years I have worked with small family brokerages, large regional franchise brands, and very large national technology-powered startups. I have also been contracted by multi-billion dollar prop-tech startups for "Utah Brokerage Operations" consulting and "National Referral Partner Program" development achieving high levels of success, fast results, and client satisfaction. I have enjoyed developing long-lasting relationships with local and national real estate industry professionals and vendors who have supported me and my clients throughout my career.
My most recent accomplishment has been launching the Utah brokerage operations for a multi-national technology startup where I grew the brand and team from 1 person to 30+ team members including employee agents, contractor agents, local and remote administration, and support staff. Over those 4.5 years generated over $5,000,000 in revenue and closed/supervised over 600 Utah transactions.
